1. Ordering Policy

  • Advance Notice: We bake everything fresh. Standard cakes require at least 4-6 hours notice. Large or custom orders require 24-48 hours notice.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability of ingredients. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients of equal or higher quality if necessary.
  • Custom Orders: Designs for custom cakes must be finalized 48 hours before the delivery date.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices listed on the website are indicative and may change based on customization and seasonal ingredient costs.
  • Full payment or a 50% deposit is required to confirm large orders (above ₹1000).
  • We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (for orders under ₹500).

3. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand plans change. Here is our cancellation policy:

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or store credit.
  • Less than 24 Hours: 50% cancellation fee to cover ingredient costs.
  • On Delivery: No refunds are possible once the cake has left our bakery or has been delivered.

4. Delivery Policy

We use third-party delivery partners for many orders. While we pack our cakes with extreme care, Raghav Bakery is not liable for minor damage caused during transit by third-party services. We recommend self-pickup for multi-tier or extremely delicate cakes.

5. Allergy Warning

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. While we take precautions for special dietary requests (e.g., eggless), we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment as our kitchen handles these ingredients daily.

6. Changes to Terms

Raghav Bakery reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By using this website, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
