Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Raghav Bakery, we understand that our cakes are often the centerpiece of your celebrations. We are committed to ensuring your order arrives fresh, safe, and on time.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following areas:

  • Gondwara: Free delivery on all orders.
  • Samta Colony: Delivery within 30-45 minutes.
  • Raipur Railway Station: Quick delivery for travelers and nearby areas.
  • City Wide: We deliver to all major localities in Raipur city.

2. Delivery Timing & Slots

To ensure freshness, we deliver in specific time slots. You can choose your preferred slot during the ordering process on WhatsApp.

  • Morning Slot: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon Slot: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Evening Slot: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Midnight Delivery: Available for an extra charge of ₹200 (Delivery between 11:30 PM - 12:15 AM).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Within 3km: Free Delivery on orders above ₹400.
  • 3km - 8km: Flat fee of ₹50.
  • 8km - 15km: Flat fee of ₹100.
  • Above 15km: Charged at actuals via third-party delivery services (Uber/Ola/Porter).

4. Handling & Damage

Our cakes are packed in sturdy, temperature-resistant boxes. However, cakes are delicate. Once delivered, please handle the box from the bottom base only. Do not squeeze the sides. We recommend refrigerating cream cakes immediately upon receipt. Raghav Bakery is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

5. Self Pickup

You can choose to pick up your order directly from our store at A74 Ashok vihar colony Ring road no 2 Gondwara Raipur CG, at no extra cost. Please arrive during your selected time slot to ensure your order is ready.

6. Delivery Duration

At Raghav Bakery, we freshly bake your orders to ensure the best quality. Most orders are delivered on the Same Day within 4-5 hours of order confirmation. For custom or bulk orders, timing may vary and will be communicated during the ordering process on WhatsApp.
