Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Raghav Bakery, we take great pride in our baked goods. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.

1. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.

  • More than 24 hours notice: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time, we will provide a full refund or store credit for a future order.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This covers the cost of ingredients and preparation that has already begun.
  • On Delivery/Pickup day: Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery or pickup.

2. Refund Policy

We want you to love our cakes! However, due to the nature of food products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been accepted.

  • Quality Issues: If you believe there is a quality issue with your order (e.g., wrong flavor, damaged condition upon arrival), please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will review your claim and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify the delivery person or contact us immediately. We will replace the item as quickly as possible or issue a full refund.
  • Taste Preference: We bake from scratch using high-quality ingredients. We cannot offer refunds based on personal taste preferences if the product meets our quality standards.

3. Workshop Cancellations

  • Workshop fees are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the event.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be transferable to a friend or a future date, subject to availability.

4. Processing Refunds

Refund Duration: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Mode: Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment (UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).
